1. Purpose
These terms govern sales of products and services made on the ZBR SHOP app and on zbrshop.com.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Delivery fees depend on the delivery area and are displayed before the order is confirmed. The price applied is the one in effect when the order is placed.
3. Orders
An order is recorded once the summary is confirmed. An order number is assigned and a confirmation is sent. Products are reserved as soon as the order is created.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout: on delivery (or at store pickup) and via WhatsApp. For a WhatsApp payment, the store confirms the order once the payment has been received. When online payment (Mobile Money, card) is offered, the order is only confirmed once the provider has validated the payment, and orders not paid within the stated time are cancelled automatically.
5. Delivery
See the “Delivery” page. Customers are informed of each step: preparation, shipping, delivery.
6. Cancellation
Customers can cancel an unpaid order as long as it is not being prepared. For a paid order, contact support.
7. Warranty and claims
Claims should be sent through the in-app support or the Contact page, stating the order number.
8. Services
Services (repairs, setup…) are requested separately. A quote may be provided before work starts when the price is “on quote” or “starting from”.
