Data we collect
Name, phone, email, date of birth (optional), delivery addresses, order and service request history, loyalty points, support messages, preferences (language, notifications) and technical notification tokens.
How we use it
This data is only used to process your orders and services, deliver them, provide support, run the loyalty programme (including the Gold members' birthday gift) and, if you agree, send promotional offers.
Payments
Payment is made on delivery or via WhatsApp; for a WhatsApp payment, the order summary is shared with the store in the WhatsApp conversation. When online payment is offered, it is processed by an approved provider: ZBR SHOP never stores card data or Mobile Money codes.
Retention
Order data is kept for accounting obligations. You can delete your account from the app (Settings > Security): your personal data is then anonymised.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data through the Contact page.
